Job Title: Banquet Server | Part-Time| Sharonville Convention Center

Company: Oak View Group

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $15 – 17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $17 for a part-time Banquet Server position at the Sharonville Convention Center in Cincinnati, OH, is generally competitive but slightly below the average for similar roles in the region. While the pay aligns with entry-level positions in the hospitality industry, many banquet servers in Cincinnati can earn between $15 to $20 or more per hour, especially with tips considered. Factors such as the cost of living in Cincinnati, the specific duties of the position, and the overall demand for such roles can influence competitiveness; however, this rate may be less attractive for candidates with more experience or for those in a tightening labor market. Overall, while the offer is within range, slightly higher compensation may enhance attractiveness to potential applicants.
