As a banquet server at Greenleaf Hospitality Group, you are an Intentional Seeker dedicated to providing exceptional services at some of the most meaningful events in people’s lives and careers. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve guests at events through a variety of activities including but not limited to:
  • Carrying trays and serving meals
  • Maintaining buffets and clearing dishes
  • Replenishing beverages and providing butler service
  • Bartending
• Set up for events, which involves:
  • Arranging tablecloths, napkins, place settings, condiments, centerpieces, and other essential items
  • Designing and decorating buffets and beverage stations
• Interact with guests in a friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable manner
• Foster a respectful and supportive atmosphere among team members
• Uphold a safe and clean workspace
• Follow directions eloquently from various supervisors
• Work effectively both independently and within a team
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while being proactive in delivering personalized guest experiences
• Exceed guest expectations in response to all requests
• Adhere to service standards as outlined in training
• Provide support in other Food and Beverage roles, as necessary, including host, server, or bartender

Qualifications:

• Must possess open availability; shift days, times, and lengths may vary
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours or more
• Capable of stooping and bending
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Comfortable working with potentially hazardous chemicals and equipment
• Committed to complying with safety and health code standards
• Capable of performing repetitive motion tasks
• Reliable transportation is required
