As a banquet server at Greenleaf Hospitality Group, you are an Intentional Seeker dedicated to providing exceptional services at some of the most meaningful events in people’s lives and careers. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve guests at events through a variety of activities including but not limited to:
- Carrying trays and serving meals
- Maintaining buffets and clearing dishes
- Replenishing beverages and providing butler service
- Bartending
- Set up for events, which involves:
- Arranging tablecloths, napkins, place settings, condiments, centerpieces, and other essential items
- Designing and decorating buffets and beverage stations
- Interact with guests in a friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable manner
- Foster a respectful and supportive atmosphere among team members
- Uphold a safe and clean workspace
- Follow directions eloquently from various supervisors
- Work effectively both independently and within a team
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while being proactive in delivering personalized guest experiences
- Exceed guest expectations in response to all requests
- Adhere to service standards as outlined in training
- Provide support in other Food and Beverage roles, as necessary, including host, server, or bartender
Qualifications:
- Must possess open availability; shift days, times, and lengths may vary
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours or more
- Capable of stooping and bending
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable working with potentially hazardous chemicals and equipment
- Committed to complying with safety and health code standards
- Capable of performing repetitive motion tasks
- Reliable transportation is required
