Job Title: Banquet Server

Company: Punderson Manor Lodge

Location: Newbury, OH

Pay: $10.6 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $10.60 for a Banquet Server in Newbury, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for this role. Typically, banquet servers in similar regions earn between $12 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, the type of establishment, and the complexity of events served. Factors such as cost of living in the area and prevailing wage standards for hospitality roles should also be considered. In general, this rate may struggle to attract quality candidates, particularly as the hospitality industry continues to seek competitive wages to meet employee expectations and maintain service standards.
