Job Title: Banquet Server

Company: Punderson Manor Lodge

Location: Newbury, OH

Pay: $10.6 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $10.60 for a Banquet Server in Newbury, OH appears to be below the competitive market standard. According to various sources, the average hourly wage for banquet servers in Ohio typically ranges from $12 to $15, depending on experience and specific venue. This rate may be more common for entry-level positions or in rural areas, but it does not align with the pay typically offered in banquet or catering services, particularly considering the tips that servers can earn in these roles. Therefore, while the wage may be appropriate for some positions, it could be considered low for attracting and retaining skilled workers in a competitive market.
