Responsibilities:
As a banquet server at Greenleaf Hospitality Group, you will embody the role of an Intention Seeker, continually striving to provide exceptional and distinctive service at some of the most significant events in our guests’ lives and careers. We will equip you with the necessary skills to set up, serve, engage with guests, comprehend food and beverage offerings, respond to requests, and anticipate their needs. You will collaborate daily within a larger team dedicated to mutual respect, support, and delivering memorable guest interactions while enjoying the work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve guests at events by performing tasks such as:
- Carrying trays and serving meals
- Managing buffet service and clearing dishes
- Replenishing beverages and providing butler service
- Bartending as required
- Prepare for events through activities including but not limited to:
- Arranging tablecloths, napkins, place settings, and condiments
- Designing and setting up buffet and beverage stations
- Engage with guests in a friendly, knowledgeable manner
- Foster a respectful and supportive atmosphere among team members
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Follow direction effectively from various team leaders
- Excel both independently and as part of a team
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere
- Proactively provide personalized guest experiences
- Exceed guest expectations in response to requests
