We are actively seeking candidates with outgoing and friendly personalities to fill our Banquet Server/Set-up Attendant positions. In this role, you will be responsible for serving plated or buffet meals during various group events, including holiday buffets, weddings, corporate gatherings, and family reunions, taking place in our ballroom, lounge, and restaurant areas.

As a member of the server/set-up team, your duties will include arranging linens and skirting according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and assisting with the setup and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering beverages and snacks to meeting rooms and assisting with setup as needed. Please note that work is intermittent and based on group bookings.

Candidates with open availability will be given priority consideration. Availability on weekends and holidays is mandatory, with shifts that may begin as early as 5 AM for breakfast service and extend as late as 12 AM for weddings and events. Some positions may also require split shifts.

Physical requirements include the ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 25 lbs, frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lift and carry up to 75 lbs. The role will involve lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
