As a banquet server at Greenleaf Hospitality Group, you will serve as an Intentional Seeker, consistently looking for ways to deliver exceptional service at significant life events and career milestones. We provide comprehensive training in essential skills, including event setup, guest interaction, food and beverage knowledge, and proactive service that anticipates guest needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve large groups during catering events, typically within the same time frame.
  • Set up events by arranging tablecloths, place settings, table placements, and buffets.
  • Carry trays of food and serve guests.
  • Ensure beverages are replenished and plates are cleared efficiently.
  • Foster a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  • Organize and delegate tasks among team members.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in task completion.
  • Uphold a safe and clean working environment.
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff, providing leadership and support.
  • Communicate effectively and multi-task throughout shifts.
  • Understand event timelines and specific details pertinent to each function.
  • Recognize and leverage staff strengths for optimal service delivery.
