Job Title: Banquet Server Team Lead |Radisson Plaza Hotel | FT

Company: Greenleaf Hospitality Group

Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Pay: $18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18 for a “Banquet Server Team Lead” position at Radisson Plaza Hotel in Kalamazoo, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the scale for similar roles in the hospitality industry. In 2023, banquet servers typically earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities, with team lead roles often fetching higher rates closer to $20 to $30 per hour in many urban markets. Considering the cost of living in Michigan and the competitive nature of the hospitality sector, including factors like tips and additional compensation, the offered rate may not fully align with industry standards, suggesting that while it is above minimum wage, it could be improved to attract and retain qualified candidates in this leadership position.
