Job Title: Bar Back | Part-Time | Agora

Company: Oak View Group

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay: $8.8 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $8.80 for a Bar Back position in Cleveland, OH, is below the industry standard, particularly for part-time roles in the hospitality sector. As of 2023, the average pay for bar backs typically ranges from $10 to $15 per hour, depending on factors such as location, establishment type, and experience level. Furthermore, considering Ohio’s minimum wage laws (which vary by city and may be higher in urban areas), this rate may not meet local standards, especially in a city like Cleveland where the cost of living and wage expectations are on the rise. Overall, this rate appears uncompetitive and may struggle to attract suitable candidates.
