Job Title: Bar Back | Part-Time | Agora

Company: Spectra Experiences

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay: $8.8 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $8.80 for a part-time Bar Back position at Agora in Cleveland, OH appears to be below the average industry standards for this role, especially considering that many establishments in urban areas pay closer to $10 to $15 per hour, depending on experience and the specific venue. Furthermore, with Ohio’s minimum wage set at $10.10 as of 2023, this rate also falls short of the minimum legal wage. Therefore, while local wage rates can vary, this compensation may not be competitive in attracting skilled candidates or retaining workers in the hospitality industry, particularly in a city like Cleveland where living costs can influence wage expectations.
