Job Title: Bar-Back/Runner | Part-Time | Sharonville Convention Center

Company: Oak View Group

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a Bar-Back/Runner position at the Sharonville Convention Center in Cincinnati, OH, is generally on the lower end of the industry standard. As of 2023, the typical pay for bar-backs in the Cincinnati area tends to range from $12 to $18 per hour, with some higher-end establishments offering more, particularly in regions with a higher cost of living. While $15 may be competitive for entry-level positions or smaller venues, it may not attract more experienced candidates who would expect a wage that reflects their skills and the demands of the job, especially given the physical labor and need for agility in busy service environments. Overall, while the rate is acceptable, it may limit the hiring pool if aiming for individuals with more experience or qualifications.
