Job description:
The Bar-Back/Runner plays a crucial role in supporting the bartending and event staff by ensuring that all necessary products are adequately restocked during events. This position requires adherence to all policies and procedures related to alcohol service, as well as maintaining excellent attendance and availability to work scheduled events, in accordance with business needs. The hourly wage for this position is set at $15.00.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all bar storage areas.
- Support party setup for bars.
- Participate in bar inventories as requested by management.
- Collaborate with other team members as needed, particularly when business demands require additional support.
- Keep immediate supervisors informed of any issues or unusual matters, taking prompt corrective action or suggesting alternatives when necessary.
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent over-intoxication and address the behavior of intoxicated guests, reporting as warranted.

- Comply with all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
