Requirements:
As a Barback, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the bar. Responsibilities may include:

  • Keeping the bar fully stocked, including refilling ice and changing beer kegs.
  • Preparing garnishes.
  • Collecting empty glasses.
  • Maintaining a clean bar environment.

Please note that Barbacks are expected to remain on their feet throughout the shift, and the role requires the ability to reach with hands and arms in any direction, as well as kneel and stoop repeatedly. Good vision and hearing are essential in the dynamic bar setting.
