Requirements:
As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in the success of the bar. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Ensuring the bar is well-stocked, refilling ice, and changing beer kegs.
  • Preparing garnishes.
  • Collecting empty glasses.
  • Maintaining cleanliness at the bar.

Please note that Barbacks are expected to remain on their feet throughout the entire shift and should be able to reach with hands and arms in all directions, as well as kneel and stoop as needed. Additionally, strong visual and auditory capabilities are essential due to the dynamic nature of the bar environment.
