In this position, you will prepare specialty beverages, assist with food preparation, and process orders and payments, all while delivering memorable experiences to our customers. Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately operate the register/POS system and manage cash and credit card transactions.
  • Greet and assist customers while proactively anticipating their needs.
  • Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and specialty beverages in accordance with brand standards.
  • Prepare and serve food items adhering to established location standards.
  • Count, organize, and balance the cash drawer, complete cashier slips, and make deposits.
  • Comply with Aramark’s cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Set up and dismantle the coffee bar, stations, or store, including thorough cleaning and sanitization.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
  • Stock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Cash handling experience is advantageous.
  • Prior barista experience is preferred.
  • Basic math and counting skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Adherence to the required dress code as assigned.
  • Proficiency in reading and communicating in English, as well as the ability to follow recipes.
  • Completion of Food Handling Certification is necessary as required.

This role may entail physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
