Job description:
Shift and Status: Casual, 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with variable hours and every other weekend.
Job Summary: The individual in this role will be responsible for the production of an extensive range of intricate beverage recipes, utilizing a complex combination of ingredients in accordance with standardized recipes. This position necessitates working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and the use of specialized kitchen equipment. Competency in identifying ingredients and finished products that do not meet established quality standards is essential, along with maintaining safety and sanitation standards within the work area. The goal is to create an exceptional experience for every customer.
Essential Functions:
– Produce a diverse array of intricate beverage recipes by following standardized protocols.
– Learn and memorize beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes effectively.
– Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work setting.
– Multitask efficiently to fulfill various responsibilities, including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation.
– Operate and maintain specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to leadership as necessary.
– Identify and rectify ingredients or finished products that fail to meet established quality standards and uphold safety and sanitation protocols.
– Prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections.
– Craft personalized customer experiences by demonstrating product knowledge and fulfilling specific requests accurately.
– Execute effective service recovery when products do not meet customer expectations.

Qualifications:
Required:
– Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and effectively communicating in English.
– Basic mathematical and computer skills.

– Situational awareness and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
