Essential Functions:

  • Learn and retain information regarding beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
  • Multitask effectively to perform various duties within the operation, including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation responsibilities.
  • Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment; troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate to leadership when necessary.
  • Identify and address ingredients or finished products that do not comply with established quality standards promptly.
  • Uphold safety and sanitation standards throughout the work area.
  • Prepare adequately for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections.
  • Deliver personalized experiences for customers while demonstrating product knowledge and precision in fulfilling specific customer requests.
  • Execute effective service recovery when products do not meet customer expectations.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and communicating effectively in English, along with basic math and computer skills.

Preferred:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in food service and cash handling.
