We are actively seeking both full-time and part-time Barista candidates to join our team immediately.

Job Summary:
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and espresso beverages, as well as related food and beverage items. You will adhere to HACCP guidelines and uphold standards of quality in food service operations while providing friendly and courteous service to customers and colleagues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
  • Accurately enter orders into the POS system and process cash and charge payments.
  • Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies, all while ensuring the cleanliness of the service area.
  • Maintain proper presentation, portion control, and temperature standards, consistently following HACCP protocols.
  • Ensure sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils.
  • Use approved recipes to guarantee proper food preparation and adhere to prescribed production standards.
  • Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service.
  • Clean your workstation and equipment thoroughly before transitioning to other assignments.
  • Greet customers courteously and engage with them to ensure satisfaction, relaying relevant concerns to supervisors.
  • Serve customers swiftly and efficiently, preventing any delays in service.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of daily menu items, accurately explaining them to customers.
  • Advocate for our selling techniques by fostering good communication and assisting customers in their decision-making process.
  • Ensure that all display foods are merchandised attractively and served neatly according to standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
