We are actively seeking candidates for both full-time and part-time BARISTA positions.

Job Summary:
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and espresso drinks, along with related food and beverage items. You will adhere to HACCP guidelines and maintain quality food service standards while interacting courteously with customers and colleagues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering, following established recipes and measurements.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system, handling cash and card payments.
• Restock condiments, beverages, and supplies while ensuring the service area is clean.
• Maintain proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperature in compliance with HACCP standards.
• Ensure sanitation and organization of all equipment, supplies, and utensils.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards for food preparation.
• Keep display equipment clean and free from debris during meal service.
• Clean workstations and equipment thoroughly before transitioning to other tasks.
• Greet customers and engage with them to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns with supervisors.
• Serve customers promptly to avoid delays in service.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of daily menu items and communicate effectively with customers.
• Promote upselling techniques to aid customers in their decision-making process.
• Ensure that display foods are presented attractively and served with care.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
