Job description:
We are currently seeking candidates for full-time and part-time Barista positions, with immediate hiring available.

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Barista prepares and serves a variety of coffee and espresso beverages, along with food items, while adhering to HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety. The role requires friendly and courteous interaction with customers and fellow employees.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare espresso and beverage orders for customers and catering, following standard measures and recipes.
– Accurately enter orders into the POS system and process cash and credit transactions.
– Maintain cleanliness of the service area by replenishing condiments and supplies as needed.
– Ensure proper presentation and portion control, maintaining adherence to HACCP standards.
– Keep all equipment and utensils organized and sanitized.
– Follow approved recipes and production standards for food preparation.
– Maintain cleanliness of display equipment during service.
– Thoroughly clean equipment and workstations before transitioning to other tasks.
– Professionally greet customers and ensure their satisfaction while addressing their concerns to supervisors.
– Serve customers in a timely manner to avoid delays during service.
– Demonstrate thorough knowledge of daily menu offerings and communicate effectively with customers.
– Promote selling techniques through effective communication and assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
– Merchandise display foods attractively and serve items in an appealing manner.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
