Job Title: BARISTA (FULL TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Middletown, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a full-time barista position in Middletown, OH, is generally considered competitive, particularly when compared to the national average for baristas, which typically ranges from $12 to $16 per hour depending on experience and location. In Ohio, the minimum wage is $10.10 as of 2023, so $15 is significantly above that baseline. Additionally, the cost of living in Middletown is relatively moderate, making this wage adequate for local conditions. However, baristas in larger urban areas or those with significant experience or specialty skills may earn more, so while the offer is competitive for the area, it may not fully align with expectations in more affluent regions or high-end coffee establishments.
