Job Title: BARISTA (FULL TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Youngstown, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a full-time barista position in Youngstown, OH, is generally considered below the standard pay for similar roles. Nationally, baristas typically earn between $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, location, and establishment type, with larger cities often offering higher wages. In Ohio, average hourly wages for baristas can range around $14 to $17, with some larger coffee chains paying more to attract talent. Therefore, while $15 is on the lower end, it may be competitive for a lower-cost area, but it could struggle to attract candidates seeking better compensation or more comprehensive benefits in a market that increasingly values fair wages.
