Job Summary:
The Barista will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving food items as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
  • Accurately weigh and measure designated ingredients.
  • Transport pans, kettles, and trays of food between workstations, the stove, and the refrigerator, adhering to safety standards.
  • Store food in designated areas, ensuring compliance with wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
  • Utilize approved recipes and production standards to achieve quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
  • Deliver friendly and efficient customer service following outlined service procedures.
  • Address customer concerns and communicate necessary information to supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards as well as inventory and cash control procedures.
  • Adhere to all sanitation and safety requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
