Job Title: BARISTA (PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Rochester, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a part-time barista position in Rochester, MI, is generally competitive, though it may vary depending on the specific establishment and the barista’s experience. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for baristas in the U.S. tends to range between $12 to $17, with metropolitan areas often offering higher wages to attract talent. In Michigan, particularly in suburban areas like Rochester, the wage also reflects the state’s minimum wage laws, which have seen increases.
