We are urgently seeking to fill a part-time Barista position at Henry Ford Providence Southfield Hospital, located at 16001 West 9 Mile Road, Southfield, MI 48075. Please note that we accept online applications only.

As a Barista, your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving coffee and espresso beverages, adhering to food safety guidelines, and ensuring an optimal customer experience through friendly and courteous interactions.
Key Responsibilities include:
– Preparing espresso orders for customers and catering according to standard recipes
– Accurately entering orders into the POS system and processing cash and credit transactions
– Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area while replenishing supplies
– Adhering to proper food handling and presentation standards, including HACCP guidelines
– Ensuring customer satisfaction through cordial interactions and timely service
– Demonstrating thorough knowledge of the daily menu and assisting customers in their selections
– Keeping display areas clean and presenting food attractively
