Job Summary: As a Barista, your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso beverages and related food items. You will adhere to HACCP guidelines and maintain high standards for quality food service operations. This role involves engaging with customers and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso and coffee orders for customers and catering using standardized recipes.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system and handle cash and card transactions.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies while ensuring cleanliness in the service area.
• Maintain proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures, following HACCP standards.
• Ensure the sanitation and orderliness of all equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to approved recipes and production standards for food preparation.
• Keep display equipment clean and decluttered throughout meal service.
• Thoroughly clean equipment and workstations after use.
• Greet customers warmly and interact to ensure their satisfaction, while also relaying feedback to supervisors.
• Serve customers efficiently to avoid delays in service.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of daily menu items to provide accurate explanations to customers.
• Promote menu items and assist with customer decision-making through effective communication.
• Merchandise display foods attractively and serve food in a neat, appealing manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
