Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional bartender with exceptional communication skills to craft classic cocktails and innovative new beverages for our patrons. The ideal candidate will warmly greet customers, understand their preferences, address inquiries, recommend menu items, and expertly prepare and serve drinks and food. Additionally, you will be responsible for upselling products, creating recipes, ensuring proper equipment and ingredient usage, and performing basic cleaning tasks. Responsibilities:

– Deliver a pleasant drinking experience for customers.
– Serve beverages while ensuring a clean and sanitary bar environment.
– Attend to the details and presentation of each drink order.
– Prepare and maintain ingredients following established recipes.
– Comply with proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety protocols, while managing the dating, labeling, and rotation of beverage items.
– Coordinate daily inventory for the bar and submit supply orders to the supervisor; assist with receiving deliveries.
