Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional bartender with exceptional communication skills to deliver a memorable experience by serving traditional cocktails and innovative beverages. The ideal candidate will warmly greet patrons, familiarize themselves with customer preferences, address inquiries, provide menu recommendations, and skillfully prepare and serve food and beverages. Responsibilities also include upselling menu items, creating unique recipes, utilizing appropriate equipment and ingredients, and performing basic cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming drinking experience for customers.
- Serve beverages while ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area.
- Pay attention to detail and presentation for each order.
- Prepare and maintain ingredients following established recipes.
- Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
- Manage daily inventory supplies for the bar and submit orders to the supervisor; assist with receiving deliveries.
- Collaborate with supervisors to contribute to the development of daily, holiday, and themed drink menus.
- Ensure the seamless operation of bar services during the supervisor’s absence.
- Complete cleaning tasks according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as necessary.
- Assist in orienting new employees to their work area.
- Actively listen to customer feedback and resolve any complaints.
- Instruct staff on the use of new equipment and effective cleaning methods, promoting a well-maintained work area.
