Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and energetic bartender with exceptional communication skills to deliver classic cocktails and innovative beverages to our patrons. The ideal candidate will warmly greet guests, understand their preferences, address inquiries, recommend menu items, and skillfully prepare and serve drinks and food. Additionally, you will be responsible for upselling items, developing recipes, expertly utilizing equipment and ingredients, and performing basic cleaning duties.

Responsibilities:
– Deliver an enjoyable drinking experience to customers.
– Serve beverages while ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area.
– Pay meticulous attention to detail and presentation for each order.
– Prepare and maintain ingredients in accordance with established recipes.
– Comply with appropriate alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety protocols, maintaining proper dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
– Coordinate daily inventory for the bar and submit orders to the supervisor while assisting with the receipt of deliveries.
– Collaborate with the supervisor to contribute to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus.
– Ensure seamless bar operations during the supervisor’s absence.
– Complete cleaning tasks according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as necessary.
– Assist in training new employees in their designated work areas.
– Address customer complaints and suggestions with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
– Instruct staff on the use of new equipment and cleaning procedures, promoting efficient and effective maintenance of the workspace.
