We are seeking a highly professional and energetic bartender who possesses outstanding communication skills to serve both classic cocktails and innovative beverages to our valued customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming patrons, understanding their preferences, answering inquiries, recommending menu items, and preparing and serving drinks and food. Additionally, you will be expected to upsell products, craft unique recipes, employ the appropriate equipment and ingredients, and manage basic cleaning responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
– Deliver an enjoyable drinking experience to patrons.

– Collaborate with the supervisor to develop daily, holiday, and themed drink menus.
– Oversee bar operations in the absence of a supervisor to ensure seamless service.
– Complete cleaning tasks in accordance with daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as necessary.
– Support the onboarding process for new employees in their designated work areas.
– Address customer feedback and concerns, resolving any issues that arise.
– Train staff on the use of new equipment and cleaning techniques, while sharing efficient and effective methods for maintaining the workspace.
