Job Title: Bartender Banquets (2) Openings

Company: Kewadin Casinos

Location: Sault Sainte Marie, MI

Pay: $11.23 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11.23 for a “Bartender Banquets” position in Sault Sainte Marie, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for bartenders in similar banquet settings. Typically, bartender wages can vary widely based on experience, the venue, and local cost of living, but in many areas, hourly rates for bartenders generally range from $12 to $20 or more, excluding tips. In Michigan, particularly in areas with a tourist presence or a higher cost of living, competitive rates may lean towards the upper end of this spectrum. Therefore, while $11.23 may attract applicants, it may not effectively retain talent or align with the expectations for skills and responsibilities typically associated with banquet bartending roles.
