Responsibilities:

– Ensure responsible alcohol service, utilizing company resources, performing proper ID checks, and recognizing signs of intoxication
– Gain proficiency in the Good Food Rewards Program and manage it in alignment with company policies
– Oversee the guest checkout process, efficiently handling cash and credit card transactions
– Communicate effectively with serving, kitchen, and management teams to ensure quality customer service
– Prepare cocktails by adhering to house recipes and measuring liquor pours accurately
– Comply with all safety and sanitation procedures in alignment with company policy and Health Department regulations

Required Qualifications:
– A minimum of 3 years of bartending and/or cocktail mixing experience is preferred
– A strong enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality
– Basic computer literacy
– Fundamental math skills
