AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a Bartender in Livonia, MI, it’s essential to consider both local market conditions and broader industry standards. As of my last update in October 2023, bartenders in Michigan typically earn between $10 to $20 per hour, not including tips which can significantly boost overall earnings. Rates may vary based on experience, specific establishments, and shifts worked (with higher rates often for nightlife hours). If the hourly rate you’re inquiring about falls within or slightly above this range, it can be considered competitive, particularly if tips are factored in. Overall, for an accurate assessment, the specific hourly rate should be compared against current job listings in the area and the benefits offered to determine its market competitiveness.
