Job Description
Job Title: Bartender, Detroit Airport
Company: Delaware North
Location: Detroit, MI
Pay: $13.2 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $13.20 for a “Bartender” position at the Detroit Airport is generally below the competitive range for this role in the area. As of late 2023, bartenders in Detroit typically earn between $15 to $20 per hour, excluding tips, which can significantly enhance earnings in high-traffic locations like airports. Factors that may affect wage levels include the specific venue, the bartender’s experience, and applicable state minimum wage laws, which in Michigan is higher than the federal minimum. Overall, the offered rate may struggle to attract skilled candidates given the demanding environment and cost of living considerations.
