Job Title: Bartender, Detroit Airport

Company: Delaware North

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $13.2 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13.20 for a bartender position at Detroit Airport is below the average wage for bartenders in Michigan, where typical hourly rates generally range from $15 to $20, depending on experience and location, with airport roles often commanding a premium due to higher operational costs and tips. Additionally, factors like cost of living in Detroit, which has seen a gradual increase, suggest that this wage may not be competitive or appealing to potential candidates. Overall, this rate appears insufficient to attract skilled bartenders in the current labor market, particularly in a high-traffic environment like an airport.
