Job Title: Bartender, Detroit Airport

Company: Delaware North

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $10 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $10 for a Bartender position at Detroit Airport is generally below the industry standard for this role in Michigan and particularly in the airport setting, where tips can significantly supplement base pay. As of 2023, bartenders in urban areas like Detroit typically earn between $12 to $15 per hour, not including tips, and wages at airport establishments often command higher rates due to the higher cost of living and demand for services in these high-traffic areas. Given these factors, the offered rate may struggle to attract qualified candidates and could lead to high turnover if not adjusted to better reflect market conditions.
