The opportunity
Delaware North Travel is seeking part-time Bartenders to join our dedicated team at Detroit Airport in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a manner that ensures guest satisfaction and adherence to responsible service practices.
Please note that this position is tipped; the hourly minimum pay indicated does not encompass potential earnings from tips.
Pay: $13.20 per hour

What will you do?
– Process drink orders from guests and servers, handle payments, and provide correct change.
– Craft beverages according to established recipes and company standardized proportions.
– Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, verify guest identification, and comply with all alcohol service policies and procedures.
– Accurately complete sales and inventory reports.
– Maintain appropriate bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and other supplies.
More about you
– Must be at least 21 years of age.
– A minimum of 1-2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
– Proficiency in cash handling and credit card processing.
– Familiarity with computerized point of sale systems is preferred.
Physical requirements
– Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and engaging in repetitive motions.
– Ability to occasionally lift stock up to 50 pounds.
– Exposure to moderate to high noise levels during peak times.
