Job Title: BARTENDER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Granville, OH

Pay: $8 – 12 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $8 to $12 for a bartender position in Granville, OH, appears to be below the industry standard, especially in comparison to national averages for bartending roles, which typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, not including tips. Factors such as location, establishment type, and experience can influence pay rates, but Granville is part of the broader U.S. market, where bartenders usually earn more, including tips that can significantly boost total earnings. Considering the current economic conditions and the rising cost of living, an hourly rate within this range may not be competitive for attracting skilled bartenders, particularly when full-time options are available.
