Job Description
Job Title: BARTENDER (FULL TIME)
Company: Compass Group
Location: Detroit, MI
Pay: $14.53 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14.53 for a full-time bartender in Detroit, MI, is relatively low compared to industry standards in the region. As of recent labor market trends, bartenders in metro Detroit typically earn between $15 to $20 per hour, not including tips, which can significantly boost overall earnings in this line of work. Additionally, factors such as experience, the type of establishment, and location within the city can influence pay rates. While this wage may meet minimum wage requirements, it may not be competitive enough to attract qualified candidates, especially given the rising cost of living and demand for skilled labor in the hospitality industry.
