The Bartender at Great Wolf Lodge is responsible for providing friendly and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a fun and safe atmosphere. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, cocktails, and juices to customers.
  • Prepare garnishes and mix beverages according to established recipes.
  • Assess customer preferences and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized bar area, ensuring an attractive presentation of bottles and glassware.
  • Adhere to cleanliness standards, presentation, and service protocols in the bar area.
  • Operate and maintain draught beer equipment, including connecting couplings to beer barrels and faucets.
  • Enforce responsible alcohol consumption practices and comply with legal regulations to ensure a safe bar environment.
  • Monitor patrons’ alcohol consumption and take necessary actions, including refusing service or arranging alternate transportation.
  • Manage inventory by ordering, requisitioning, and restocking snacks and beverages; replace kegs/beer barrels and prepare garnishes.

  • Handle cash transactions, including operating the point-of-sale (POS) system and maintaining daily reports.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:
