Job Description
Job Title: Bartender
Company: Great Wolf Lodge
Location: Traverse City, MI
Pay: $9 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $9 for a bartender in Traverse City, MI, is considerably below the industry standard, which typically ranges from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and establishment type. Additionally, many bartenders in the U.S. earn a significant portion of their income through tips, which can further increase their overall earnings. Given the cost of living in Michigan and the competitive nature of the hospitality industry, particularly in tourism-driven areas like Traverse City, this rate is unlikely to attract quality candidates and may result in high turnover and staffing challenges for employers.
