Job description:

The Bartender, guided by the Lead Bartender, is accountable for warmly welcoming guests and providing efficient service of food and beverages. This role entails maintaining a clean and well-stocked work area while delivering attentive, cheerful, and professional customer service, consistently aiming to surpass guest expectations.

Essential Functions: (including, but not limited to, the following)

  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and food items to guests.
  • Verify the identification of customers to ensure compliance with age requirements for alcohol purchase.
  • Proactively maintain a fully stocked bar to promptly serve guests.
  • Regularly clean and organize the work and bar areas throughout the shift and prepare for subsequent shifts.
  • Ensure that alcoholic beverages are only served to adults, refraining from serving minors or intoxicated guests.
  • Adhere to T.I.P.’s guidelines for responsible service of alcohol.
  • Deliver attentive, cheerful, courteous, and professional service to all patrons.
  • Rotate inventory to guarantee the freshness of the products offered.

Physical Requirements:
