Job Description
Job Title: Bartender
Company: Kewadin Casinos
Location: Manistique, MI
Pay: $11.23 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of late 2023, an hourly rate of $11.23 for a bartender in Manistique, MI, is below the national average, which typically ranges from $12 to $15 per hour depending on the establishment and experience level. In addition, bartenders often rely on tips, which can significantly boost overall earnings; however, this base wage is still considered low, particularly given that Michigan’s minimum wage is higher than the proposed rate. The economic conditions, cost of living, and demand for bartenders in the area should also be considered, but overall, this rate does not appear competitive when compared to broader industry standards.
