Success in this position requires commitment to several core principles: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, safeguarding company assets, maintaining confidentiality, and presenting a professional appearance at all times. Bartenders must be prepared for an active role that entails standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, as well as engaging in physical tasks such as lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds, reaching overhead, and performing bending and twisting motions as necessary. Consistently executing these responsibilities—along with any other reasonable duties assigned—is crucial to ensuring satisfaction for our guests and aligning with our business standards.
