Job Title: BARTENDER (ON CALL)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 for an “On Call Bartender” in Cincinnati, OH, is somewhat competitive but may be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. As of 2023, bartender wages in Cincinnati typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, establishment type, and location. While $16 is within this range, it’s worth noting that many bartenders also earn tips, which can significantly increase total earnings; thus, the base pay should be considered alongside potential gratuities. Additionally, factors such as the demand for bartenders, cost of living, and specific job responsibilities can further influence whether this rate is attractive in the current job market. Overall, while not the highest rate, $16 per hour reflects a reasonable starting point, especially for an on-call position, but may not fully align with expectations for seasoned professionals.
