Pay: $17.5 – 20 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17.50 to $20 for a “BARTENDER (ON CALL)” position in Cleveland, OH, is generally competitive and aligns well with industry standards for similar roles in the area. As of 2023, most bartenders in Ohio earn an average hourly wage between $10 to $15, plus tips, which can significantly increase overall earnings. The higher end of this range reflects the wage that experienced bartenders or those in upscale venues might expect, suggesting that this role may attract skilled individuals. Additionally, the flexibility of an “on call” position could be appealing, albeit with the potential trade-off of inconsistent hours. Overall, the offered rate seems attractive for seeking applicants in a competitive market, especially if tips are included in compensation.
