We are currently hiring for full-time or part-time hourly restaurant dine-in food and beverage Bartenders.

Job Summary:
Our Bartenders are essential members of our scratch kitchen restaurant. All Team Members are expected to showcase customer service proficiency by delivering an individualized and exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities:
– Provide an outstanding hospitality experience for guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding expectations.
– Prepare and execute P.F. Chang’s signature alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
– Operate and maintain bar equipment and assist in the inventory and restocking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
– Understand the restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and the process for delivering food within the establishment.
– Collaborate with other hospitality service team members to ensure guests have everything they need.
– Learn to set and clear tables efficiently and neatly according to P.F. Chang’s China Bistro specifications.
– Adhere to company protocols for responsible alcohol service.

Job Requirements:
– Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
– Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
– Ability to implement proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
– Possession of a current Food Handler’s Card, or the ability to obtain one where applicable.
– Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
– Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.
