Job Title: Bartender | Part-Time| Lansing Lugnuts

Company: Oak View Group

Location: Lansing, MI

Pay: $11 – 13 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11 to $13 for a part-time bartender position with the Lansing Lugnuts is generally below the national average for bartending roles. As of 2023, bartenders typically earn between $12 to $20 per hour, with higher rates contingent upon experience, location, and establishment type. In Michigan, particularly in urban areas like Lansing, competitive rates tend to be closer to the $15 to $18 range, especially considering the state’s minimum wage is increasing. Additionally, bartenders often supplement their income with tips, which can significantly augment their overall earnings. Thus, while the offered rate might attract entry-level applicants, it may not be sufficient to retain experienced bartenders or provide a competitive incentive within the industry.
