Working in a fast-paced environment, our bartenders excel at providing outstanding customer service with accuracy and efficiency.

As a member of our team, you can expect to:

  • Greet guests promptly and with a courteous, friendly demeanor.
  • Utilize established recipes and practice portion control to expertly mix, garnish, and present beverages.
  • Input orders into the register at the point of sale and create accurate checks for each guest.
  • Process cash transactions, make change as needed, verify the validity of charges, record transactions, and ensure proper execution of vouchers.
  • Maintain an organized and adequately stocked bar at all times.
  • Oversee the preparation, cutting, and storage of fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to maintain product quality.
  • Comply with all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages, particularly to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by the supervisor to uphold health and safety standards.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of one year of bartending experience is required, including certification from an appropriate state, federal, or local training program.
  • Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Ability to read, speak, and comprehend the English language to effectively communicate with guests and take orders.
  • Basic mathematical skills necessary for cash register operations, making change, totaling guest checks, preparing cash drops, and understanding weights and measurements.
  • Food handler and alcoholic beverage server permits as required by law.
  • Brand certification as needed.
  • Strong memory and ability to promote a variety of menu items.
