Requirements:
As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in the success of the bar. Your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons at bars and events.
- Engaging with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks.
- Assessing customers’ needs and preferences to make appropriate recommendations.
- Mixing ingredients to craft cocktails.
- Presenting the bar menu to customers.
Bartenders are expected to remain on their feet for the entire shift and may frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. The role requires the ability to reach with hands and arms in various directions and to kneel or stoop repetitively.
