Requirements:
As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in the success of the bar. Responsibilities may include:

  • Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons at the bar and events.
  • Engaging with customers to take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
  • Assessing customer needs and preferences while making recommendations.
  • Mixing ingredients to create a variety of cocktails.

Bartenders should be prepared to remain on their feet for the duration of their shifts, with frequent lifting/carrying of up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, heavier lifting of up to 50 lbs may be required. The ability to reach in various directions and frequently kneel or stoop is necessary. Strong sight and hearing abilities are essential to thrive in the dynamic bar environment.
