Job Description
Job Title: Bartender
Company: Upshift
Location: Birmingham, MI
Pay: $15 – 20 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 to $20 for a bartender position in Birmingham, MI, is somewhat competitive but may be on the lower end, depending on the specific establishment and the bartending experience required. As of recent data, hourly wages for bartenders in the U.S. generally range from $10 to $25 or more, with tips often significantly boosting overall earnings. In urban areas or upscale venues, bartenders can expect to earn higher wages, especially given the cost of living in more affluent regions like Birmingham. Therefore, while this rate may attract entry-level applicants, experienced bartenders might seek higher compensation, especially if tips are not factored into the hourly rate.
